Pork
All of Pelham & Talbot Pork is fully traceable, premium quality, British pork, however, our continuous quest to source the best local products has now resulted in us offering a selection of Free Range Norfolk Pork, from select breeds reared in East Anglia.
Thanks to the traditional, healthy outdoor lifestyle of the animals reared on the coastal pastures of East Anglia, our free range pork has much more marbling giving it a sweet and succulent taste with crackling so crispy you will have rarely tasted better.
Bacon
Using age old traditional dry curing techniques and the finest pork, we produce in house, the tastiest dry cure, sweet cure and smoked bacon for you to savour. Stunning wrapped around a succulent free range chicken breast, sprinkled over savoy cabbage or for the ultimate bacon sandwich.
Sausages
Only the bestBritish pork is acceptable for our range of simply delicious hand made award winning sausages. Containing such succulent pork with a few choice seasonings you will rarely taste better.
Beef
Pelham & Talbot beef is some of the finest Britishbeef you will taste, much is produced from traditionally reared, grass-fed cattle which have been allowed to graze on lush meadows for most of the year and continued with a natural diet during the winter months.Our beef is taditionally hung and dry aged on the bone, when fully matured, the tender meat is prepared by our team of skilled butchers, using both traditional and modern techniques to supply you with the tastiest and finest beef.
It is our company policy to source our beef from local suppliers, but to maintain our high quality standards we also source from some of the most renowned beef producers within the UK.

Lamb
Sweet, succulent, delicate, just some of the words to describe our English lamb all sourced from the best English farms where the lamb is free to graze on mineral enriched grass. Hung fora number ofdays to increase the tenderness, whatever the cut, the taste will be superb.
Poultry & Game
Moist and full of flavour our free range chickens reared in East Anglia have enjoyed a natural diet whilst roaming free on pastureland giving them a fabulous firm texture, a supply of this delicious and versatile meat, no home should be without. Our plump duck breasts areoftenproduced from the fabulous Gressingham Duck a favourite of top chefs, reared in East Anglia, perfect as the connoisseur’s choice. Our wonderful selection of game is mainly sourced from local estates and venison, available all year round, makes a very healthy alternative to beef with less fat and packed with essential oils.
Nothing could be more perfect for the festive season thanGeese and Turkeys from Great GroveFarm, hand reared by devotedfarmer, Steve Childerhouse, these birds roam freely throughout the woods and countryside developing a natural plumpness free from additives. Dry plucked and hung to mature for a minimum of seven days their natural flavours develop in the traditional way. Either of thesebirds will sit supreme on any festive table.
Organic
Constantly striving to provide the best quality foods weare consderingintroducinga range ofOrganic products. However, we do firmly believe that farms we currently buy our free range produce from, where the animlaswelfare is paramount, produce some of the finest and tastiest meats possible without the need to be certified organic.
From time to time we may add an organic product or two.
Seafood & Fish
Pelham & Talbot are perfectly located to supply you with the finest quality seafood, withregular supplies of native crabs, lobsters and oystersexpertly selected from the days catch, then professionally frozen to preserve the quality and delicate texture. Naturally low in fat and high in protein, why not try the firm white flesh of one of our healthiest hampers, or indulge yourself with our sweet Cromer Crabs caught just along the coast by our local fishermen.
