1 x 1kg approx Beef Brisket joint, perfect value for a family meal.

Simply marinate overnight with some black treacle, mixed herbs, wine vinegar and a generous helping of brown ale about 1 pint. Before cooking mix in some diced carrots and onions and cook on low (170C) for around 45 mins, thicken with gravy granules and serve with a creamy mash potato. A suberb value family meal, absolutely delicious.
