Saturday AM deliveries can be arranged on request but will incur an additional surcharge of £15.00. 

Some areas of the UK will incur carriage surcharges, delivery is not guaranteed next day to these postcodes and may take up to 48 hours, please consult the table below and contact us prior to placing your order. Unfortunately, Saturday morning deliveries are not available to these postcodes.

Please remember to include any helpful delivery instructions in the space provided. A signature is required by our carriers and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have left specific instructions and a signed note for the carrier authorizing your package to be left somewhere safe if nobody will be in to receive it.
Or to chose an alternative delivery address when placing your order for someone to accept the delivery on your behalf. Please remember, deliveries are usually made at any time between 8.30am and 6.00pm. During busy holiday periods these times may well be extended.
In circumstances where no one is in to accept the delivery and the carriers leave a card we are unable to accept responsibility for the condition of the goods.

Packaging

To ensure that your premium quality products arrive in perfect condition, we at Pelham & Talbot use only the most innovative ways of packaging:

All meat contained within our prepared boxes is vacuum packed to maintain its quality and when opened will be as fresh as when it was cut. These packs take up very little room in your fridge and are suitable for home freezing, protecting your meat from freezer burn. Each pack will be clearly labelled with a ‘best before date’. All items are placed in strong re-useable, polystyrene cool boxes, surrounded by protective packaging and frozen gel packs which ensure that the products remain at the correct temperature during transit and arrive with you in perfect condition.

Frozen – If you would prefer

To retain the nutrients, taste and quality of your meat, you may prefer to request that we professionally freeze your order at no extra cost. Our freezers are capable of freezing your items much faster than in domestic freezers helping to prevent bacterial development and retaining moisture so your meat remains succulent when cooked. Each item is conveniently packed and labelled and will arrive frozen ready for you to put straight into your freezer for you to use as you require.

All hampers or products marked * are supplied as ‘FROZEN ONLY’.
All hampers or products marked ‘C’ are supplied as ‘CHILLED ONLY’

Please note that for health and safety reasons, we will seperate chilled and frozen items within your delivery, some products cannot be supplied frozen, such as smoked salmon and some deli items, so hampers containing these items are marked as, supplied ‘Chilled Only’.
