A selection of roasts perfect for a lingering Sunday lunch. Try the sweet tender leg of lamb, pick some sprigs of fresh mint from the garden, finely chop, add vinegar and a little sugar, stir well, sprinkle lightly over the carved lamb and serve with new potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables.
